When is the deadline to submit an audition to apply for a booth?

June 18 (Fri) is temporary deadline.

When can I expect to hear the results of my audition?

We normally inform applicants of their results within two weeks to a month following the audition.

Is there a specified format for the audition materials?
A
There is no specified format. Please prepare materials 1-4 below.

I am receiving a grant/subsidy and need to show them a receipt. Can you provide me with one?

Yes, we can.

Can students also apply?

Yes, students can also apply.
We have the YELLOW area specifically for student use and incubation purposes.

Can exhibitors bring children?
A
Yes. We have a kids’ space.

Can I bring in my materials with a car?
A
Due to an agreement made with the building management, car unloading is strictly prohibited.
Please use a delivery service or charter service.

Apart from the exhibition fee, what are other expenses associating with making an exhibit?
A
The exhibition plan includes walls, flooring, and lighting.
Exhibitors are responsible for any other appliances, fixtures, furniture, or equipment.
